This X-TO OAKED Rosé 2012 - Douro DOC was vinified through the traditional “bica-aberta” (“open-chute”) system, using indigenous yeast fermentation and controlled temperature in order to maintain the noble features of the source material and subsequent aging in oak barrels. Thus was born a new dry rosé style with color bright salmon, complex aroma and fresh flavor.
