This wine was produced from a careful manual selection of grapes of varieties Touriga Nacional and Tinta Roriz. grown under exceptional conditions of soil and climate. The vinification of this wine was undertaken through the tradicional process “bica-aberta”, using indigenous yeast fermentation and controlled temperature in order to maintain the noble features of the source material. Thus was born this rose, with bright colour, complex aroma and fresh flavor.
