This wine was produced from a careful manual selection of grapes grown under exceptional conditions of soil and climate. It was vinified after destemming and fermented at a controlled temperature. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. With a posterior stage up to 12 months in French oak barrels and 6 months in the cellar after bottling. To better preserve the quality and original characteristics, this wine was bottled without treatment by the cold.
